The Dias Family Thanksgiving

How was your Thanksgiving holiday guys? Ours was great! We spent the holiday at my BIL's house in the bay area. Akesha had a blast playing with her cousins. Over all it was a great Thanksgiving dinner with plenty of food and yummy desserts. Our niece Clara cooked the turkey this year. It was a humongous bird that weighs about 25lbs.

1. Snap or cut the stem off the top of the pumpkin. Placing the bottom end of the pillar candle on the top of the pumpkin, tightly trace the perimeter of the candle's bottom with a marker.

3. Wedge the candle securely inside. If you've cut the hole a bit too large, simply place a can or other object inside the pumpkin as a base for the candle. If necessary, keep the candle from tipping by wedging one end of a vine in between the candle and the cut edge.
4. Tuck in a few leaves and sprigs of vine around the base of the candle.

Today is my parent's 29th year wedding anniversary. Wow! I can't believe that they have been married for that long...hehehe..:) I have no words to express how blissful I am to have such a wonderful parents like you guys. Our X'mas Tree is UP!

Akesha and I went shopping earlier and we have managed to drove to the store even though it was raining like cats and dogs. We bought some Christmas decors and some knick knacks. We already set up our Christmas tree... then tomorrow Akesha and I will start decorating. Well, the plan was ruined because Akesha was anxious and can't wait to hang the ornaments....so I let her decorate a little bit before she went to bed.

My theme for this year is....something GOLD & SILVER!
