Home Warranty

A home warranty is offered to homebuyers regardless of whether the house is new or not. It serves as a protection against expensive home repairs. There are certain components of the house that may fail after its sale has been finalized. Major home components that usually encounter problems are the plumbing, furnace, air conditioning and the electrical system. Most home warranties also include major home appliances such as the refrigerators and the washers and dryers. When these home components or appliances break down, it can be very costly to repair. Not every homeowner has the funds to have them repaired immediately. A phoenix home warranty is a contract between the homeowner and the home warranty company that provides for discounted repair and replacement. Home warranty companies have agreements with certified service providers. If a major appliance of home component suddenly gets broken, the homeowner would inform the home warranty company about it. They will then call on their approved service providers to look into the problem. If the service provider determines that the repair that is required is covered by the warranty, they will then make the needed repair. The homeowner will only be required to pay a small service fee. If you are planning on buying a home anytime soon, a home warranty is something that you should look into.
