The biggest challenge in this job would be dealing with the residents that are combative or uncooperative. The initial and foremost requirement is that you have to be a licensed nurse practitioner. So the compulsory clinical classes are demanded while your study. In addition to that, it becomes the responsibility of the surgical nurses to trouble shoot any queries that the patients family has about the surgery. Borrego Springs
