Girl Scout Cookies

Have you ever heard of "Girl Scout Cookies"? Have you ever tried one? The first time I heard of girl scout cookies was when I moved here in the US from the Philippines. Yep, that's right! Anyhow speaking of girl scout cookies, our niece is selling girl scout cookies to raise money for charity. So her dad came by yesterday to drop the cookies that we ordered from her. It is my first time to taste one of these cookies, and it is delicious. I love the caramel delites than thin mints....hehhehe!

Not Again!!!

How addicted to blogging are you? I know I am and I admit that. I can't deny the fact that once I get up in the morning I go straight in front of the computer. I know it is a shame for a mom like me...hehhehe...but who doesn't? Yesterday Akesha and I decided to make cookies. I placed the cookie dough inside the oven and waited to get it done. While I was blogging and chatting to one of my close friends here in the blogosphere, I suddenly smell something smoky from the kitchen. I just realized that I have cookies in the oven. Oh my gulay! What the heck I am doing? I forgot to set the timer on! Not again! This is not the first, second, third time that I burned something....blogging makes difference....hehhehe! Whew! Akesha kept telling me "mama...mama...kiko..kiko". She doesn't know that I have thrown the cookies that she was expecting. Poor little kid. Thanks goodness I did not use the whole dough. So what I did was make another cookies...hehheh! Blogging indeed is fun.
