National Military Spouse Appreciation Day

Happy National Military Spouse Day! I just want to say THANK YOU to all the men and women who support our service members. America’s military spouses are the backbone of the families that support our troops. They are the silent heroes who lend their strength to our service members, make sacrifices every day and serve their country just like their loved ones. Proud to be one!

National Military Spouse Appreciation Day has been celebrated on the Friday before Mother’s Day since 1984 when President Ronald Reagan proclaimed the date in recognition of the profound importance of America’s military spouses. Military spouses are essential to the readiness and well-being of our military members and their families.
