Cooper Tire, a company that manufactures quality passenger, light truck, sport utility, performance and winter tires for nearly 100 years, is currently hosting a giveaway on Facebook and is giving away amazing prizes including a year of free gas.

To commemorate life’s everyday road trips, Cooper Tire launched the ‘My Every Day Road Trip’, wherein their Facebook fans can submit their not-so-ordinary everyday road trips. They can share their favorite road trip stories as well as the role that Cooper tires play in their everyday road trips. Contest duration is from March 1 through March 29 and entries can be in the form of a written story, a photo or a video. Winners will be determined based on their originality, creativity and their passion for Cooper tires and their compelling content. Cooper Tires is also giving their Facebook fans the chance to win a Road Trip Kit by simply voting for their favorite entries during the Cooper Tire's My Every Day Road Trip Contest. By voting once per day for their favorite entry, they will receive an automatic entry to win a Road Trip Kit. This prize pack includes several useful items such as a $50 gas card, a $100 Cooper Tire auto service voucher, a $50 iTunes gift card and a Cooper gear. This can be very handy when you go on your next family weekend road trip.

The top five videos will advance to the final stage of the competition. The entry with the combined highest number of votes and score will win the grand prize of a gift card worth $500 to be used toward gas for one year.
