TGIF everyone! Sorry for not being so active lately. I've been pretty busy sorting and packing our stuff. And I'm still not done. Moving from one place to another is exciting, yet stressful experience. I hate packing!
It's hard to say goodbye to California. Waaaaaa....too bad too sad...:( So the house is up for RENT, not BUDDy!...lol! Lexington Properties will help us find a new tenant. Would you like to rent? hehehhe....:)

Maganda yung dating bahay nyo na pinapa rent out ninyo. Maraming fruit bearing trees yun at madalas dalawin kayo nuon nang mga wild animals like squirrels and different types of birds. Sana nakapag adjust na kayo diyan sa bagong nilipatan ninyo sa Texas. I pray that you are all fine and in the best of health. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.

It is definitely hard to leave and move away especially from a nice state like California to have across the country to Texas. And yes, I hate moving and have done A LOT of it myself. I know I will again, too.
From the pics I've seen of the house, it does look like a nice home. I hope a tenant can be found.

It's a nice place sis. Kaso lang layo man then di sad ko ka afford ana. hehehe. Almost the same price na sa kang hubby nga place.
Btw, good luck I know it's so exciting moving to a new place because of the new environment to deal with.
