Spring Forward | Time Change Reminder

Happy weekend guys! It's that time of year again! Spring is almost here…Don't forget to move your clocks forward 1 hour Saturday night before you go to bed (i.e. from 9pm to 10pm).

Daylight Saving Time was instituted in the United States during World War I in order to save energy for war production by taking advantage of the later hours of daylight between April and October. During World War II the federal government again required the states to observe the time change. Between the wars and after World War II, states and communities chose whether or not to observe Daylight Saving Time. In 1966, Congress passed the Uniform Time Act, which standardized the length of Daylight Saving Time.

Enjoy your Sunday, sis! Kami? Halika kain tayo:)

It's nice that spring is already setting in in the US. Now all of you can enjoy fine weather outside your house. I think DST is a great idea since it will save a lot in electricity and manpower because people can avail of the longer daytime. I wonder why it is not also implemented in the Philippines on a regular basis. I hope Akesha will enjoy the spring weather outside and can play as much as she wants. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.
