I went to our backyard earlier to pick some peaches, and here's what I got. Since we can't keep up eating these peaches, hubby suggested to make a peach cobbler. I guess I have to try that recipe soon before these fruits got rotten.
Peaches can be red, pink, yellow, white, or a combination of those colors. On one side of the fruit is a distinctive vertical indentation. Peaches and nectarines look very similar, but they can be told apart by their skin texture: peaches are fuzzy and dull, while nectarines are smooth and shiny.

I've only eaten canned peaches. I'm sure it's nice having fruit-bearing trees in your backyard. Sarap nyan, mommy! By the way, I have a fun tag for you.
fresh peaches? hhmm..it looks yummy! never had it fresh...i only tried canned peaches.

anyway, wow you are lucky kasi the shrimp there is very affordable... i would cook shrimp everyday if the price is like the ones you said...
fresh shrimp here (not really big)is 6.99/lb the frozen one is 5.99/lb the one which is prepacked.

I love peaches. They are so delicious. If I have to pick my favorite fruits, I will always choose Philippine mangoes and peaches. Thanks for the post. God bless you always.

give me some, dhemz! we love to eat peaches. I used to buy when it is in season here. very fresh looking kaayo ang imong peaches. how many trees you have there? we have one before but when it was attacked by a certain type of disease, hubby decided to cut it down. so wala na mi ron peach tree.

hi Dhemz, thanks for visiting my blog. Sa Luzon ako sa pinas sis. Nueva Ecija. Anywho. Peach cobbler is my my fav dessert aside from cheese cake. Get busy na sis... make that peach cobbler and trow some over here lol.
Ma appreciate na baya nako iya taste kaysa sa gi process. Ako sis diri, fave ni nya. 1.50/Lb diri so, affordable ra.
Maypa ikaw diha kay naa ka fruits. Diri kay dili mabuhian oyy. Puro lasang. Tanom pud mamatay sa kainit ug katugnaw.
