Who could ever thought that I can make a crispy outside and juicy inside fried chicken? I am sure that my family and friends in the Philippines will be surprise when they read this. I can't believe that I made it right. I also made sotanghon and mashed potatoes. I thought mashed potatoes will not go along with sotanghon, I guess it was not bad after all.
