My Version of Giniling Guisado

Last Saturday we went to the Filipino store to get some filipino stuff....of course what else do you think I went there for? FILIPINO goodies!...heheh :) I love to go there once in a while because I am able to buy some Filipino foods, and see some of my kababayan's. I mean, I just I love the atmosphere of being around with the Filipino people, though I don't know any of them. :) Our Saturday wasn't that exciting. We just stayed at home. I'm doing my online assignment while hubby and Akesha were watching TV. Here's what we had for dinner.
