Losing weight has been a struggle for me for quiet awhile now. Right after I gave birth, I lost that feminine curve and gained weight in stomach area, back, and arms. I just don't like looking at my bulging out belly.

I would like to try this for myself. It might give me a reason to be more diligent in exercising.
I know how you feel sis, it so easy to gain weight but so hard to lose weight. Go ako dyan sa adhikain mo. However i never tried this exercise yet been very busy at work. However before I go to bed i do atleast 30 mins sit-up using my abs rocket and gym belt. It works on me so far. Your exercise thing looks interesting let us know if it works.
This is just what I need! I was a member at Gold's Gym for 3 years, but it did not work. I got bored, and did not lose weight. This one, I can do it at home, while watching Netflix. :-)

I am forever looking for different ways to stay fit, like you, post pregnancy ruined my body. :P Hehe But it's nothing a good work out won't fix. :P I'm not very sporty so I always look for dance routines instead of exercises or sporty kinds of work outs. :P

Bayot mura classmeyt naman ta ug tummy, mao ni ingon nga panganak pa hhehe. ana jd siguro na tsang once you got prego it's hard to get that curve because our body have already stretched nya na unuran na ang nabinatan waaa. na hala goodluck to both us. diri nlng ta focus sa survival bayot ky if we can survive doing the tiring exercise naa posibilidad nga mahilis si reynang velvel hehehe.
I have received the same product and is working religiously to see effect on it. So far i am loving it as I get the best exercise and i also enjoyed using the gloves, jumping rope and medicine ball. You look buff already tsang just keep doing what you are doing. I think it would be fun if you have a workout buddy diba.

It's a great choice to do work out Dhemz that's a very nice exercise. Will be doing skipping rope one of these days for fitness, hehe I will be choosing the simplest.
These are good equipments. I love to use medicine ball in my Nike training. They pretty have wide array of equipments, I can't miss what I need.
