Government Canyon is actually a preserve park, so it's incredibly clean and well kept.
It was almost 120 degrees on that day, but we were able to accomplish our goal. Hiking in the sweltering heat and humidity in Texas can make it difficult to stay hydrated. The little miss hiker.
We brought some food with us, and had our dinner after 4 hours of hiking.
Thanks for dropping by and have a fantastic weekend!

Wow, 120 degrees is too hot for any strenuous activity. It's really hard to hike on that kind of temperature and stay hydrated. Good thing you all were able to make it. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.
