Outdoor Adventures

The news about the slaughter of 100 sled dogs of a sled-dog tour operator, outdoor adventures, last April 2010 in Canada brought outrage around the world. Dog lovers surely were most angered about this news as there were claims that the sled dogs were slaughtered inhumanely by the use of firearms after the Olympics due to downturn in business. The outdoor adventures company owner, Joey Houssian refuted the reported manner of slaughter as his company knew nothing about it. He even pointed out some inconsistencies in the reports filed by the employee who was said to have completed the slaughter. Currently, SPCA announced that they are currently investigating the company regarding this issue of animal cruelty. The truth will then prevail.
