Food Truck

How's your weekend everyone? I hope you guys had a wonderful one. Our weekend was fine. The weather was better than last weekend. Weather here is totally unpredictable!
Anyhow, are you familiar with food truck? In the Philippines food cart/truck is a popular and lucrative business. It is a business wherein you have a cart that sells street foods to the masses.
Food truck is very common here in San Antonio. It's most likely operated by Mexican vendors. They serve delicious and authentic Mexican food.
We bought turkey legs and cheese tacos....Yum! It's humongous!

The food truck business is a real great thing. I don't see what's bad in great diverse tastes, low cost food and great people. I sure prefer it over any fast food restaurant in the local mall and I want to try this turkey legs so big. :)
