Did you know that Bilaal Rajan is only 13 and will go barefoot everywhere to lead is 2nd Annual Barefoot campaign for world change? It doesn’t matter how old you are, you can still make a difference. Bilaal Rajan is interested in making change now. On May 27, 2010 in Toronto, this 13 year old boy will be getting everybody to kick off their feet to go barefoot which will be the largest celebration for Rajan’s Making Change Barefoot Initiative in North America. This idea started gaining grown last year and was making a change in Australia, Afghanistan, England, Switzerland, Thailand, Kenya, Malawi and Tanzania. You can even sign up for this initiative on his facebook page. The idea of going barefoot is to show how under privileged children in the world feel. People all over the world can’t afford shoes and can’t even attend school. I think this is a great idea. It is always good to bring awareness to problems around the world. If you can, you should do the barefoot challenge too. This is a great time to bring awareness to the poverty around the world. If you want to get more information, you should checkout Bilaal Rajan’s website today.
