I decided to trim his hair because I noticed his been itching a lot lately....And summer time is coming up, so for sure fleas and ticks will invade the rest of our house, and this will cause a flea infestation and we might need to call in some flea exterminators to do the job. I already applied some frontline flea spray on him.

Dhemz, how could you do this to a dog with the name of Buddy by murdering his hair?! LOL!
Akesha's reaction was priceless, too. This could easily make another animated cartoon with Akesha claiming her mom turned their dog into a full-fledged lion with one trim down of the hair.
It is understandable why this was done, and there is no sense in risking everyone's health in the household otherwise.

Kawawa naman si Buddy, nagmukha siyang pusa na bagong ahon sa tubig, lol. I think there are a lot of other ways to ensure that your dog will not contact fleas other than giving him a full trim. There is the dog flea collar, flea soap and shampoo and flea spray. You can bath him everyday with his flea soap and shampoo and then spray him with flea spray after his bath. You can also confine him to a very clean surrounding without dirt or soil to preclude any infestation. Even when you trim him, he can still be infected by flea if you do not maintain a strict cleanliness regimen on him. Thanks for the funny post. God bless you all always.
