Napakagandang panukala ito nang gobyerno. Nakakatawa na ang sektor nang ekonomiya na unang nagpabagsak sa ekonomiya nang Estados Unidos- ang housing sector, ay siya ngayong ginagamit nang gobyerno upang makabangon ulit ang ekonomiya nang Estados Unidos. Nawalan nang trabaho ang misis ko kamakailan lang dahil nag declare nang bankruptcy ang amo niyang Fil-Am dahil naenganyo nuong mamili nang mamili nang bahay sa pamamagitan nang utang. Nuong bumagsak ang housing sector nang ekonomiya ay nalubog din siya sa utang hanggang magdeklara na nga nang bankruptcy.
