Which One Is Yours?

Brushing your teeth is important thing to do and can help prevent periodontal disease and gingivitis. But what type of toothbrush should you use? With so many shapes, sizes and styles of toothbrushes on the market, deciding which kind to buy can be confusing.

Here's what you should look for:
  • Most dental professionals agree that a soft-bristled brush is best for removing plaque and debris from your teeth. Small-headed brushes are also preferable, since they can better reach all areas of the mouth, including hard-to-reach back teeth
  • When it comes to the type of handle (such as non-slip grip or flexible neck), shape of the head (tapered or rectangular) and style of bristles (such as rippled, flat or trimmed to a dome shape), pick whatever is most comfortable for you. The best toothbrush is one that fits your mouth and allows you to reach all teeth easily
  • For many, a powered toothbrush is a good alternative. It can do a better job of cleaning teeth, particularly for those who have difficulty brushing or who have limited manual dexterity

We use the regular toothbrush from Oral B, I make sure though na soft ang bristle kasi minsan my gum bleeds kapag matigas. Nice selection of toothbrush ah..

Kadaghan sad dana nga klase da. Sus pagstart jud nako ug work sa BBB na-overwhelm jud ko sa kadaghan sa among gipangbaligya ai.

Bitaw dhemz, regular raman ko nga empleyado ai. Dagtong nagpatransfer akong first manager gi-recommend ko niya nga maoy magpuli sa iyang position pero ingon among head manager nga bag-o pa daw ko plus ang BBB ang one and only nga companya akong gitrabahoan. So wla ko lain experience dire. Right now ila ko gi-hinay-hinayan ug train para daw if naay available nga promotion pagka manager ako daw ila erecommend.

Bitaw pod dhemz gipadal-an jud mig sulat sa among neighbor. Ambot kinsa nga neighbor kay wala may address gibutang. Ang gi-ingon raman from your neighbor sa lain nga block likod sa among balay. Ila pa jud gibutang sa letter kay 2 nights daw nga wala clay saktong tulog kay sali awhag c Bones. Nagwonder pod ko kay at 3:45 am man nako c bones biyaan sa likod sa among balay. I know its too early pero syaro naman nga wala cla ka-katulog nga if ila gisirad-an ilang balay dili man halos madungog ang awhag ni Bones.

House broken man c Bones pero wala man gud na xa Nabilin sukad sa sulod sa among balay nga xa rang usa labi na kung taas-taas nga oras. One or 2 hours okay lang pero if more than 9 hours, lisod na. If maglakaw man gud me or magwork sa likod jud na xa sa among balay namo ibilin. Sukad wala may nagreklamo kani ra jud.

Agoy ka-taas ba dani ako saning putlon dhemz kay basin magduka ka magbasa ai. Thanks sa comment ha. AU-au diha sa kanunay.

I totally agree with your post. I was stubborn for years and finally gave in and bought a battery operated brush. WOW...such a difference it made. I would recommend them to everyone :)

I just need a functional toothbrush, one that can thoroughly clean my teeth. I don't go for the fancy type, just the functional type will do. Thanks for the post. God bless you always.

Are you in the dental field? :o) I am a recently licensed dental hygienist, that was inspired to look at this profession when our older daughter decided to go to dental school :o) She will be graduating May 2010 and our younger daughter is in her second year of dental school :o) Our "baby" boy is in his 2nd year of undergrad, interested in medicine...his sisters tease him to pick dentistry too :o)

Thanks for sharing!

Blessings & Aloha!
