Tips For Feeding Your 1 to 3 Year Old When You Have a Picky Eater

If you have a toddler, you may already know the challenges involved in feeding them. This is the stage when the child is coming off the bottle or nursing and being introduced to a diet of only solid foods. Many children are considered "picky eaters" at this stage as they develop their senses towards new foods.

This is also a very important time in your child's life because the food habits you develop at this time will likely remain with your child for the rest of his or her life.

It's very important that you take te proper steps to ensure your child forms healthy eating habits and that you offer foods that will provide the nutrients needed for good health.

When feeding young children, you should use the food pyramid as your guide to know what to serve and how much of it is needed each day.
