Another Remembrance From Blogging!

I thought I'm going to pop these questions in my post, "How much money have you earned from blogging?". I know..I know..you will not tell me the exact amount for sure. I will not tell you either..hehhehe! How about my second question, "What did you do with your earnings?". I know, I know..it's not my business. It sounds like I am crossing the line right now...hehehe!

Anyhow, you might be wondering why I ask these kind of questions. Well to tell you before I started making money from blogging we don't have extra cash flying around the corner. In our household we only depend on my hubby's income. We don't live in a luxurious lifestyle, yet we are happy to live with what we have and what we can afford. We are not the kind of people that will just point the finger and say we want that, and we just get that.

When I was single and went to college I could be careless spending thousands of money for leisure and for shopping. I think I made it worst when I got a job, I shop for clothes every week. Then I became a wife and a mother, my perception in life changed. I suddenly became a frugal person. I shop for less, we go places and travel for less, I use coupons and find deals to save money, you name it. Now I shop for clothes once in a blue moon. Can you believe that?

Since I am a SAHM I've been looking around the internet to see a legitimate work at home job, so I have something to do while I'm at home with my daughter. I am glad that I have stumbled on the booming business of blogging and made extra income by writing reviews from advertisers. And I enjoy doing it.

If you are asking me of what I did with my earnings? Actually 50% of what I earned goes to our household bills and keep the other half for myself. Instead of getting myself some new clothes and women stuff, I spend it for the house. I usually spend the money for our clothes, kitchenware, house decorations, and etc. Some of you have seen what I have purchased from my earnings before, this time I have purchased another remembrance. Yes! It was a week ago when I purchased a china cabinet. It took months for me to find the best deal online and the good thing is, it is totally below my price range. What a bargain!

It is not a brand new china cabinet but I am aiming to make it new. We bought some stuff to refurnish the cabinet, and it's been days that I'm working on it. I can't wait to see the new look of the cabinet. How about you? Where did your earnings go?

Blogging helps us financially. Just like when I needed something for myself, I don't need to ask hubby to buy it for me. I just use my "opportunity money", as what hubby and I call it. The next thing I do is to open another savings account. I am planning to save for our vacation to the Philippines next year. I am sharing this to everybody not because I am showing off. I am sharing this because YOU are part of my blogging journey. I hope I inspire some of you guys.

Well, good to hear that you're prudent, and you how the hard-earned money should be used. At least the blogging income could help you get the things that you want but couldn't get last time.

For me, blogging for money can't earn me as much as you did...maybe between $20-$40 in 4 months. Now I see lesser opps. Worse still, one of my postings was banned by PPP because my PR was taken away suddenly - now my PR is "0". I had PR2 a month ago, so more opps. Yup, very frustrating.

I guess you're far more fortunate :)

anyway, continue blogging to share, and then to earn ...

just recently I aside the money from blogging to spend it to my monsters birthday this coming february. I am planning to buy a lechon and all that stuff, and some would be a birthday blast for mj at school. although we would be celebrating our two daughters at the same time on february 8, I think Mj deserved to also celebrate her natal day with her classmates. Blogging really did a great job for me I wish for more opp's though hehehehe

Nice naman ang souvenir mo sa blogging. I have bought some souvenirs too from my blogging income, a brand new laptop with built-in webcam and microphone and a brand new desktop computer with flat screen monitor. The rest of my earnings went to some shopping and some are still in my Paypal.

Hi Dhemz! Congrats for having earned a lot from blogging. I'm not as fortunate as you are though. I used to get a lot of opps, but not anymore. Anyway, this post is inspiring! Keep saving!
