Beer Can Chicken!

When I was in the Philippines I could be careless when it comes to cooking. Then I got married and came here in America, and realized that no one will serve and cook for me anymore. I have to stand myself up and be a housewife. I remembered those days, when I called my mom and aunt about how to cook this and that dish...hahaha!
Well, things change! I learn how to cook on my own and experiment a lot of dishes. I watch food network a lot and I got most of the ideas by watching the show. My husband bought me some recipes and that helps too. I found out that I am a good cook! How does it sounds? hahaa...Well, I guess I am! You can see the evidence, just look at my husband...hehehe..:) Well, this may look weird but it taste superb! Just purchase a chicken and a can of beer. By the way, we don't drink beer but I have stock of beer (for cooking) in our fridge. :)
