Dental Hygiene

I just had my dental appointment this morning. I hate going to the dentist office. Well, I have no choice because it is necessary and not only that I have to go there every four months. I found out that I have some filling to do, and I need to go back by the end of the month. I am glad that our insurance will cover the expense, and we only need to pay for the remaining amount which is not a big deal. What I don't like going to the denstist office is when they grilled your teeth with those metal apparatus. You have to open your mouth for an hour and I hated that. I am glad to see my filipina friend there who works in the dentist office, and she is going to have a baby this December. Well, that is how I start my day today.
