Losing weight has been a struggle for me for quiet awhile now. Right after I gave birth, I lost that feminine curve and gained weight in stomach area, back, and arms. I just don't like looking at my bulging out belly.

ReplyDeleteI know how you feel sis, it so easy to gain weight but so hard to lose weight. Go ako dyan sa adhikain mo. However i never tried this exercise yet been very busy at work. However before I go to bed i do atleast 30 mins sit-up using my abs rocket and gym belt. It works on me so far. Your exercise thing looks interesting let us know if it works.

So far i am loving it as I get the best exercise and i also enjoyed using the gloves, jumping rope and medicine ball. You look buff already tsang just keep doing what you are doing. I think it would be fun if you have a workout buddy diba.
