Anyhow, are you familiar with food truck? In the Philippines food cart/truck is a popular and lucrative business. It is a business wherein you have a cart that sells street foods to the masses.
Food truck is very common here in San Antonio. It's most likely operated by Mexican vendors. They serve delicious and authentic Mexican food.
We bought turkey legs and cheese tacos....Yum! It's humongous!
Oh my goodness, those are huge turkey legs lol.. Watch out your diet nyahahaha..

We have food trucks here too, but they don't serve turkey legs.

Humongous turkey legs!!!!! I had some of those when we were in Florida last summer and boy it was delicious, but I was not able to eat the whole leg. LOL! Yummy, yummy!

ReplyDeleteThe food truck business is a real great thing. I don't see what's bad in great diverse tastes, low cost food and great people. I sure prefer it over any fast food restaurant in the local mall and I want to try this turkey legs so big. :)
