I was not able to post this last night, because I was chatting with my high school friend online. Yesterday, I made "liempo" or grilled pork for dindin. I got the idea from the Max's Restaurant. I ordered liempo when we went there last weekend, and I was not satisfied of their serving. heheh! So, I made one at home! I marinated it with beer, spices, and lemon. The beer idea is part of my experiment. Actually it taste pretty good. You should try it! hehhe.. :)
