3-Day Holiday Weekend

Everytime we spend weekends, I can always say it's a weekend well spent. We had a fantastic 3-day holiday weekend. Summary: watched cars 3d movie, horse racing, grocery shopping, yardwork, watched movie at home, went to the Air Force Base, and watched movie at the dollar theater.

I honestly miss spending 4th of July in California with the Dias family. Lots of food, loud noises and the fireworks....:) We spent our 4th of July at the base.
photo of us getting ready to leave.
Activities include a crafts fair, children's carnival, rock climbing wall, paintball challenge, hip hop tent, Radio Disney live, and Kidz Zone along with food and beverage booths.
The little miss had fun the most. This is our first 4th of July in Texas. NO fireworks! Weeeeee...:)

The Texas Department of Public Safety urged all cities, counties and families to cancel all fireworks due to fire danger. We are experiencing drought right now.

  10. We usually celebrate 4th of July by going out to some events, fairs, beaches or out-of-town-trips. Last weekend, our trip to Boston was cancelled because my husband had gastro-intestinal pains. So instead of walking around and touring downtown Boston, we ended up snuggling around the house. But good thing , my husband got well soon that we were able to watch the fireworks near our place.

Bibo jud mo uy ...pirmi laag. Nice pics Dhemz!
