So a week ago my family and I got the opportunity to attend the Helper Food Truck event at our local city. We got to try the Sweet & Sour Chicken flavor! It was really good and we had a great experience.
My 7-year old loved her Helper hand and Helper spoon that she received at the event. The food truck craze is an awesome idea!

The other night I was able to fixed the Sweet and Sour Chicken with a few of my own touches. I added some carrots and pineapple tidbits. Instead of white and plain boring rice, I decided to mixed it with veggies. It was really scrumptious! The recipe on the back was very easy to follow. Just add a little twist to it and make it your own recipe...:)
