Jamaica Part 1

After sailing for 2 days, we finally reached our first destination....JAMAICA!!! We arrived at Montego Bay city around 9 am. When we got off the ship, we were greeted by the locals with a lively jamaican music. I thought it's really cool!
Some people stayed in Montego Bay area and some went to other excursions, while me and my family went to Kingston, the largest city and the capital of Jamaica. We chose the Applerum Tour.
Our tour guide, Joy is very accommodating and very patient for answering all our questions. She shared some facts and historical background of Jamaica which is very interesting.
Jamaica is quiet similar to the Philippines. The way of living is just the same. Narrow and bumpy roads, crazy drivers, nice houses, shack houses, etc.
During our stop over/potty break, we bought some snacks at one of the sari-sari/mini grocery stores in the area. While waiting in line, we saw this Jamaican girl kept staring at Akesha. Daughter said "hi" to her and she didn't say anything...lol! I asked her if I could take a picture of her, and she still didn't say anything...lol! So I asked Akesha if she can stand next to the girl so I can take a picture of them together.

A piece of Jamaica.

To be continued...
