Cut Like a Pro

When I was growing up I can barely remember having a long hair. I always have my hair short. For me having a long hair is a pain in a butt. It is hard to maintain a long hair and also hair maintenance here in the US is 4 times expensive compare to the Philippines. I usually go to the hair salon here once in a year, but when I was in the Philippines I go there more often.

Hubby wanted my hair long like this....but
I would rather have a short hair like this..:) lol!
Anyhow he has no choice because when he came home from work (a week before he went to South Carolina) I already cut my hair short. Yes, I cut my hair! For the first time in my hair history....lol! I am confident enough to cut it by myself. So here's the evidence. Hubby wants me to go to the hair salon to get my hair trimmed, but I opposed. I am happy to have my short hair back!

Long Choppy Layers

My kind of hair. This is the hairstyle I copied when I cut my own hair. I am glad it turned out as what I expected. I had trouble cutting the back part though, but I have managed to do it by myself.
http://www.mediumhairstyles.net/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/medium-layered-shag-hair-style.jpg
This hairstyle is a unique combination of a choppy cut with layers which creates a beautiful look. This cut is a lot longer but still full of definition. The layers are slightly defined and compliment the choppy ends for a very nice mix. This layered hairstyle is not for everyone but some women will find it a very nice fit.

Eggs Benedict

Have you ever cook an eggs Benedict before? I have heard this before but I am not sure how to make it. So I looked up the recipe on the net, and here's how to make it.
http://images.meredith.com/bhg/images/recipe/ss_R090392.jpg

Ingredients

* 1 to 2 teaspoons instant chicken bouillon granules (optional)
* 4 eggs
* 1 recipe Mock Hollandaise Sauce*
* 2 English muffins, split
* 4 slices Canadian-style bacon
* Cracked black pepper (optional)

Directions

1. If desired, lightly grease a 10-inch saute pan or skillet with cooking oil or shortening. Half-fill the skillet with water. If desired, stir in bouillon granules. Bring the water to boiling; reduce heat to simmering (bubbles should begin to break the surface of the water). Break one of the eggs into a small dish or a measuring cup with a handle. Carefully slide egg into the simmering water, holding the lip of the cup as close to the water as possible. Add remaining eggs, one at a time.

2. Simmer eggs, uncovered, for 3 to 5 minutes or until the whites are completely set and the yolks begin to thicken but are not hard. Remove eggs with a slotted spoon and place them in a large pan of warm water to keep them warm. Prepare Mock Hollandaise Sauce.

3. Place muffin halves, cut sides up, on a baking sheet. Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat about 2 minutes or until toasted. Top muffin halves with Canadian-style bacon. Broil about 1 minute more or until bacon is heated.

4. To serve, top each bacon-topped muffin half with an egg. Spoon Mock Hollandaise Sauce over eggs. If desired, sprinkle with pepper. Makes 4 servings.

Dog Shampoo

http://www.dinovite.com/media/catalog/category/shampoomascott.jpg
Do you own a dog? Is your dog itch, scratch and stink all the time? My husband and I own a 7 year old half collie and half chow dog. We got him from the dog shelter. The dog shelter had trimmed his hair because he was shedding a lot. Not only did he sheds a lot, but he also had a tick and itchy problems. One of the biggest issue we have with our dog is that he scratch all the time. The ticks gives me a headache because our dog whines while scratching his skin. Even we bath him on a daily basis, but the shampoo that we bought for him is not working. I have found out that there is a good solution for this problem. Why not try the all natural dog shampoo from Dinovite? Dogosuds is a product that are made by Dinovite. This product makes your dog smell clean for a long time. It contains 100% pure therapeutic grade essential oils. It also contains NO CHEMICALS, NO PERFUMES, and NO FILLERS. I think this is a great solution for my dog, and for your dog as well. You should visit them today, and check out Dinovite's other products. So what are you waiting for?
